1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dkgame ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the dkgame website, mobile interface, gaming products, and associated services available at dkgame.my.

By accessing the dkgame platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the dkgame Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and form part of the binding contract between you and dkgame.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the dkgame platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. dkgame enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years old. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, in your own name and on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of dkgame, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from the dkgame platform or any other online gaming platform operated by the same entity.

By registering on the dkgame platform, you expressly warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may have legal consequences under applicable Bangladeshi law.

3 Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of dkgame products and services, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are under an obligation to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active dkgame account only. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, dkgame reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void any pending withdrawals, and retain any bonus-derived winnings in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. dkgame will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dkgame support immediately via the live chat channel or by email at [email protected]. dkgame will investigate the report promptly and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

dkgame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — such as a National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document — at the time of registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or at any point thereafter if our risk management systems flag your account for review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your dkgame account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds and any balance subject to an active wagering requirement) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending verification requirements. dkgame may also close your account at its sole discretion if you are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dkgame platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). dkgame does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. The following payment methods are the only accepted channels for deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200 / Minimum withdrawal ৳500
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200 / Minimum withdrawal ৳500
• Rocket — Minimum deposit ৳300 / Minimum withdrawal ৳500

4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your dkgame wallet automatically following confirmation from your mobile financial service provider. In the vast majority of cases, this occurs within seconds of the transaction completing on your mobile banking app. dkgame does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their standard fee schedule.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed and dispatched within one to five business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where a withdrawal triggers an additional verification step. Your first withdrawal request will require completion of the KYC verification process described in Section 3.3 before funds are released.

4.3 Prohibited Financial Activity

The dkgame platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. Deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended. dkgame cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crimes.

5 Bonus & Promotions

dkgame offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated on the individual promotion page.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("turnover requirement") that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal request for the associated funds can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier, the eligible game categories, and the time window within which the requirement must be met are specified on each individual promotion page. Where no specific requirement is stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion is available to a single player, a single registered account, a single device, a single IP address, and a single payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion more than once through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms, and all associated bonus funds and winnings will be voided.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed; live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%; crash games and fishing games contribute at a rate specified on the individual promotion page. Sports betting wagers placed with bonus funds are subject to minimum odds requirements as specified per promotion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that remain unclaimed, or wagering requirements that remain unfulfilled within the expiry period stated on the promotion page, will be removed from the account automatically at the end of the promotion window. dkgame does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the dkgame platform depends on all participants engaging honestly and in good faith. The following categories of conduct are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Cheating and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical means, exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or undocumented features is strictly forbidden. Where a game outcome has been affected by a software error, dkgame reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants is prohibited. Suspicious betting patterns consistent with collusion will be investigated and may result in account closure.
• Use of automated tools: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the dkgame platform programmatically — rather than through genuine manual player input — is prohibited without exception.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Structured wagering designed specifically to exploit bonus terms, guarantee a risk-free return through bonus arbitrage, or circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk or hedged betting patterns is prohibited.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your mobile financial service provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to dkgame is considered fraudulent activity and will be referred to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple accounts: As set out in Section 3.1, operating more than one account on the dkgame platform is prohibited regardless of the stated reason.

dkgame employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above activities will not be entitled to any winnings accumulated during the period of prohibited conduct, and any balance associated with such activity may be forfeited in full.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the dkgame platform — including but not limited to the dkgame brand name, logo, visual design, user interface layout, written content, game names and descriptions, graphics, animations, and software — is the property of dkgame or is used under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dkgame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any portion of the platform content in any format without the prior written consent of dkgame.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract information from the platform using automated tools.
• Modify, adapt, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or decompile any part of the platform software.
• Use the dkgame brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.

Game content displayed on the dkgame platform — including titles, graphics, and sound assets from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is displayed under licence. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is a violation of those studios' intellectual property rights as well as these Terms.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkgame's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your dkgame account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 No Liability for Gambling Losses

dkgame is not liable for any gambling losses you incur while using the platform. Gambling inherently involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager. You are solely responsible for any decision to place a wager and for managing your gaming activity within your personal financial means.

8.2 Service Availability

dkgame endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, connectivity issues with third-party game providers, or factors outside our reasonable control. dkgame shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings from a wager that could not be placed due to a service interruption — arising from temporary platform unavailability.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Games hosted on the dkgame platform are provided by independent third-party studios. dkgame is not responsible for errors, disconnections, or incorrect outcomes arising from technical faults within third-party game software. Where a certified game malfunction is confirmed by the relevant provider, affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned. The published RTP (Return to Player) rates for each game are set and audited by the originating studio and are not controlled by dkgame.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and dkgame with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
